Madhu Alaparthi, Ph.D.
Co-Founder | Research & Development
Dr. Madhu Alaparthi brings decades of experience in pharmaceutical research, process development, and regulated manufacturing environments. With a background spanning active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) development, SAP-enabled manufacturing systems, and quality management, he has worked extensively across pharmaceutical research organizations and enterprise manufacturing operations.
At Ayureon Labs, Dr. Alaparthi leads research strategy and product development initiatives. His work focuses on identifying promising compounds, evaluating feasibility for manufacturing and commercialization, and collaborating with global partners to bring research-grade chemicals and specialty compounds to market.
Dr. Alaparthi’s career includes leadership roles across pharmaceutical R&D organizations where he contributed to chemical process development, manufacturing scale-up, and quality systems aligned with regulatory frameworks such as cGMP and FDA guidelines. His work has supported both research and production environments, helping bridge early-stage scientific discovery with scalable manufacturing processes.
In addition to his scientific background, Dr. Alaparthi has extensive experience implementing enterprise systems supporting production planning, quality management, and supply chain operations in pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing environments.
Through Ayureon Labs, Dr. Alaparthi focuses on advancing a pipeline of research compounds including small molecules, peptides, and oligonucleotide-based products while building global research partnerships that support innovation and scientific progress.
Dr. Parvathi Jampani
Co-Founder | Scientific Director
Dr. Parvathi Jampani is a Ph.D.-trained analytical chemist with extensive experience in pharmaceutical quality control, analytical research, and regulatory-compliant laboratory operations. Her expertise spans advanced analytical instrumentation, biomolecular assays, and method development supporting pharmaceutical research, clinical studies, and regulated manufacturing environments.
At Ayureon Labs, Dr. Jampani leads scientific strategy, analytical verification, and quality standards for the company’s research compounds and specialty chemicals. Her work ensures that Ayureon products meet rigorous expectations for purity, reproducibility, and analytical validation required by research laboratories and biotechnology organizations.
Dr. Jampani has significant experience developing and validating analytical methods using techniques including HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NMR, UV-Vis, and FTIR, as well as biomolecular assays such as RT-PCR and ELISA. Her work has supported drug discovery programs, pharmacokinetic research, and biomarker analysis in translational medicine settings.
Prior to founding Ayureon Labs, Dr. Jampani conducted postdoctoral research at Duke University School of Medicine where she developed analytical assays to evaluate therapeutic responses in colorectal cancer research. Her work involved quantifying drug exposure, pharmacodynamic biomarkers, and treatment response using advanced chromatography and mass spectrometry methods.
Dr. Jampani earned her Ph.D. in Materials Chemistry from the University of South Dakota, where her research focused on Metal-Organic Supercontainers (MOSCs) and their applications in molecular detection and biomedical analysis. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed scientific journals and presented at national conferences.

Mike Campbell
Co-Founder | Operations, Marketing & Commercial Strategy
Mike Campbell brings deep experience in manufacturing operations, supply chain planning, and enterprise systems supporting complex production environments. His background includes more than a decade of work across production planning, inventory management, quality processes, and operational systems within large-scale manufacturing organizations.
At Ayureon Labs, Mike leads operations, marketing, and commercialization strategy. He focuses on building the systems, partnerships, and infrastructure needed to translate scientific research into scalable products that can reach laboratories and research organizations worldwide.
Mike’s experience includes leadership roles supporting SAP S/4HANA manufacturing ecosystems, where he worked extensively with production planning, materials management, quality systems, and operational reporting. His work has involved improving production visibility, strengthening governance processes, and implementing systems that support high-volume manufacturing operations.
At Ayureon Labs, Mike applies this operational expertise to supply chain development, market positioning, and strategic partnerships. His work ensures that Ayureon’s research products can move efficiently from development through manufacturing, distribution, and market delivery.
